Our goal is to help where help is needed with those in the communities, school systems, hospital and medical facilities, in poverty conditions, and many other areas where we can make a difference in one's life.

Evangelist Stephanie Walker is a called woman of God. She has been saved for more than 30 years. She was born in Wilmington, DE. She has lived in Wilmington for most of her life until the Lord called her for the ministry in the Baltimore area.
Evangelist Stephanie Walker has attended and graduated from Howard Career Center through the Delaware school system. She also attended and graduated from the Academy of Hair Designs in Wilmington, DE. She extended her studies in the gospel of Jesus Christ at the satellite school of Enlightened Bible Institute in Wilmington, DE. This institute is an extension of the Exodus School of the Bible based out of Cleveland, Mississippi. It was here, she has acquired her Bachelors of Biblical Studies.
In Delaware, she attended services at Temple United Church, Inc where the Apostle John T. Graham pastors. She mainly grew-up under his ministry. While attending there, she has worked in many of the ministries, including: the Pastor’s Aide Board, the Head of the Food Ministry, the Usher Board, the Missionary Board, as a nurse for the Evangelists, and many groups for events that regularly were held.
Through the leading of God and her late grandmother Sarah George, she traveled to church beginning in her infant age of one. By this, her grandmother taught her a lot about the Lord and eventually brought her and joined Temple United Church together. Here, she remained a member until her calling in 2006 to move to Baltimore. Her favorite thing to do is to help and feed the less fortunate. She loves giving out that what the Lord has given her. Freely ye have received, freely give ( Matt. 10:8 ).
Although her heart was with Temple United Church, God placed a calling on her life to move to Baltimore for a work He has for her. Since then, she has preached the gospel of Jesus Christ in SE Washington, DC area, Baltimore City area, and several outreach ministries in the city of Baltimore, including: The Micah House on York Rd. and The Pratt House on S. Mount Street. As God continues to guide and strengthen the ministries within her, she desires to reach those in nursing homes and hospitals and satisfy the needs of the sick and shut-in. Through the ministry of Holy Temple Holiness Churches of Deliverance, under the leadership of Apostle James Tilghman and Senior Pastor Greta Tilghman, she has worked in the outreach ministries, including seven years at the Future Care Sandtown in Baltimore city. Currently, she is the CEO/Founder of the non-profit organization called 2nd Chances Outreach Ministry Worldwide, Inc.
She is a wife to one husband, a mother of three children, and grandmother of six grandchildren. She currently resides in the Baltimore county area. Her favorite verses are Phillipians 2:1-11 which mainly states to be like Christ. It also illustrates the obedience of Christ of His life, death, and resurrection of the cross.
